28 Jun 2013
"It is our businesses which make Bavaria what it is: a region of growth and land of opportunity - not only in Germany, but in the whole of Europe", said a delighted Zeil in his speech at the festive event on 27 June 2013 in the Emperor's hall of the Munich Residence. He added: "Our award winners include world leaders, hidden champions, personnel-intensive and highly innovative service providers, successful dealers over all trade channels, both high-tech companies and the crafts. But they all have one thing in common: they ensure sustainable jobs and trainee positions across Bavaria and create our wealth."
STEMMER IMAGING Managing Director, Christof Zollitsch, accepted the award and the corresponding porcelain Bavarian lion from the Minister of Economic Affairs. "It makes the management of STEMMER IMAGING very proud indeed to have been honoured by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs. This award only goes to underline that our company strategy over the past years has been correct and successful. In the name of management I would like to say thank you for the honour of being included in "Bayerns Best 50". My main thanks go to all the employees at STEMMER IMAGING whose daily work makes up the success of the company. It is their commitment which has given us the pleasure of receiving this award. They are the actual hidden champions behind this award that I was honoured to accept on behalf of all of us."
The "Bayerns Best 50" award has been given to the most dynamic companies in Bavaria for the past 12 years. It honours 50 companies which have performed highly successfulyl and above average over the past years, and who were able to grow both turnover and the number of staff employed, whilst retaining a positive financial balance and adequate capital. The award winners are determined according to objective criteria by the Rölfs Partner AG chartered accounts as independent member of the jury on behalf of the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs.
