CCS HLV2: Spot on!
14 Oct 2010
At their first presentation more than seven years ago, the LED spot lights of the HLV series by CCS were a real sensation and were placed on the market as a technically improved alternative to the cold light sources with optical fibres common at that time. In the meantime, this product line has established itself on the market and belongs to the common light used for image processing.
In autumn 2010, CCS discontinued the production of the current HLV-24 series and CCS presented the follow-up models HLV2-22 for the first time at the VISION 2010. The HLV2-22 spots are available in red, white, blue and green. They are available as 1 W and 3 W version as required.
We recommend the CCS PJ-1505 current regulators for optimum control. They are supplied by 24 V and 240 V and two or three spots can be connected to them.
The HLV2-22 spots can be coupled in an RGB colour mixer and the single colours can be activated individually allowing you to adjust the optimum colour mix to suit any task.
CCS was founded in Kyoto in 1993 and released its first LED light for the machine vision market in 1994. Since then, the company has expanded and now is one of the world’s largest suppliers of LED illumination with offices in Japan, China, Singapore, Belgium and the US.
